Where is our “Universal Health Care” plan! Where is the “Change” that so much of us voted for! We have bamboozled and redirected. “Single Payer” is what we want. We need a “Single Prayer” health care plan. I know it’s not all on the presidency, but “We The People” should have say over our senators and representatives!! Moreover, the state you live in should be able to prefer “Single Payer”. According to the Constitution the state has more power than the Federal Government. US NEEDS HLP

Okay darling luv, this is how I’ll go away, STOP WRITING ME BACK YOU SIMPLE COW! I’m glad you can have a conversation with your bro, go on ya. I’m a cracker ass, you make me laugh. Well thanks for the compliment as I love cracker’s. lol. You don’t have to kill me for me to go away. Listen slowly because if you are as simple as you write, which I assume is true, do not reply and you will continue to have your uneducated little life without me in it. Bye bye, you simple, simple little person

  3. BCBGirl08 Says:

ok, 1st off, dont ever call me “luv” again! i almost threw up reading that. stalking is a negative thing so dont flatter “YOURSELF”! what is it gonna take for you to go away? am i gonna have to kill you or something? you have gone so far off topic that… what was your point of responding to me before? i could carry a better conversation with my autistic brother than with you fuckin cracker ass. GO A-WAY YOU HAIR-Y HER-PES CUNT!!! Richard, please go away, GO A-WAY, jump off something… go–>

  4. rrsrichard Says:

@bcbgirl08, I guess OMG kind of puts you under 20. Actually that’s your age on on your page, unless you’re lieing. If you think I’m a “nigga”, nice language, I’m not but would be a proud one. Maybe your speaking of the President? Again, you make no sense when you write. Me stalking you. Don’t flatter yourself luv. I merely disagreed with you and you continue to be my thorn. Who’s stalking who? I love your adult statement of following Americans. It’s a capital A, lol. Stay in school.

  5. BCBGirl08 Says:

@rrsrichard O.M.G! why is this nigga bothering me? so your stalking me now?you go through old comments to find someone who you dont agree with, then you go into stupid tangents about speech, then you make fun of me because im in school. lol, i wasnt even talking to you. i was having “disagreement” with an ACTUAL adult and we didnt have to resort to name calling and swearing like your dumass did. and i dont remember telling you i was 19. find something to do instead of following americans online

  6. Nixonisinhell Says:

In Canada, with everyone covered by the health care system, the expense is approximately $700 per person. The system is not designed to make a profit, as in the United States where approximately $3,300 per person is spent, with tens of millions receiving no health care at all. Where does the money go? Not to providing health care.

It is my belief that American health care would be far less expensive under a single payer system, as in Canada.

  7. Nixonisinhell Says:

Regrettably, Obama has provided us with another example of political duplicity and outright deceit. Say one thing to gain the endorsement of the electorate, then follow the hidden agenda of the real power brokers behind the presidency.

YouTube’s audience may not be aware that in the United States more than $3,300 per person is spent on Health Care – 14 percent of GNP as Obama says in this video. That’s with tens of millions receiving no health care at all and millions more “underinsured”.

  8. rrsrichard Says:

It’s because you’re wrong and you need to open you mind and read a bit more about the subject. I don’t spend hours reading. Your silly statement was right on the first page under the video, hence my reply. You have your opinion and so do I and this is what Youtube is all about, reply to comments we differ with. I’ll take your middle finger, as I get squeamish when I see your abuse of the English language. But then again, I have to take into consideration you’re only 19. Stay in school. :)

  9. BCBGirl08 Says:

so whats with the change of subject? “im so fuckin smart because i speak proper english on YOUTUBE?” it’s because im right! your trying to attack me when you see three words you don’t like instead of reading the whole thing. sorry your life is lame and you spend hours reading through old comments. people are entitled to their opinions, thats what we here in america call “free speech”. stop riding my balls. if you dont like what i have to say, you can sit on my middle finger and keep it moving.

  10. rrsrichard Says:

Yes I can read, thanks for asking. Having said that, it’s a bit difficult to decipher your immature spelling and your use of the English language. Obviously it’s your second language and I respectfully take that into consideration. It’s not, your comimg, it’s, you’re coming. I think maybe “hy-po-thet-ical would be a better. That’s just me, lol. Ya, stay in school a little longer. :) In regards to posting a week later, I just happen to stumble upon your ignoramus statement. Peace out!

  11. BCBGirl08 Says:

um, can you read? I put quotation marks around the words but oh, i guess you dont understand the meaning of “hy-po-the-ti-cal SPEAKING” when the fuck did i say to let poor people die, you used tampon?? dont fuckin worry about our U.S. healthcare or what classes i take, you should probably go back to school and learn figurative speach you faggot-ass bitch… and really, your comimg at me now?? when did i post that comment?? a week ago?? lmao! find a new hobby and step-off…

  12. sweetbread Says:

Jeez, I wish we had made this Barack Obama president. Not the one who’s pushing this corporate handout that will probably not drive down prices and still leaves millions uninsured.

  13. rrsrichard Says:

I guess your answer is the hell with the poor folk, just get rid of them or let them die. Really nice American attitude. I think you need to take a class on compassion and love thy neighbor. With no due respect, you’re talking out your ass. Why are the poor folk poor? I would like to see your answer on that one, Almighty Smart One. :)

  14. keltrigger Says:

Dragknuckle, don’t forget that the best cancer drugs are being denied to the British-too expensive.

  15. keltrigger Says:

A86- we have a slightly lower life expectancy and higher infant mortality because of lifestyle, not health care. Universal care in other countries is a disaster.

  16. MrRapier78 Says:

Who cares what it costs, that is not the problem with it. It is just plain wrong and this commie president needs to find a swift boot up his rear.

  17. BCBGirl08 Says:

universal healthcare will cost more money than the system we have now, it will be subsidized which means hard working ppl will have more money taken out their paychecks so that cheap ppl wont have to pay as much, the quality of healthcare will be cheap in quality because it will have to cover “poor folks”, & its a system communist use. im taking a class in this stuff so im not jus talkin out my behind, then again, this are just my personal opinions so its not set in stone….

  18. CrimeReport Says:

STOP! Don’t you know that the liberals hate economics and logic despite calling themselves protectors of science?

Don’t confuse them or they will invoke their 8th ammendment rights against you, meanie.

  19. A86 Says:

The wait time in Canada is slightly longer than in the US but not by much.

    (dot) pnhp (dot) org / news / 2008 / february / 10 _ myths _ about _ canad (dot) php

You’re ignoring the fact that there are wait times in the US as well. Before you can go to the doctor you have to check with your insurance company and wait for them to decide which doctor you can see, where you can go and on what date, or even if they will pay for it. This can take weeks and sometimes more than a month.

  20. A86 Says:

Do you have any proof the US counts infant mortality more stringently?

“the best test is how many people survive AFTER they get sick”

Well if that’s your criterion the US is #19 in that:

  21. dragknuckle Says:

You are completely ignoring the important fact that if I as a Canadian need an MRI I will have to wait for 6 months. If I get cancer, I will have to wait 3 months to start treatment, and am twice as likely to die as an American. But we save money, so “yay”?

Regardless of how many “foreigners” come to the US for cosmetic surgeries, most Canadians that go to the US are sent there BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT to get life saving treatment.

  22. dragknuckle Says:

The US counts its infant mortality more stringently than the rest of the world, with every baby that was born alive and then died counting. In the rest of the world, many are classed as “miscarriages” that would be considered infant deaths in the US.

Life expectancy is skewed by such things as diet, exercise, risk aversion, and the murder rate. It is not a reasonable way to evaluate a health care system.

The best test is how many people survive AFTER they get sick. The US is #1 in that dept.

  23. A86 Says:

The US is in last place in the industrialized world in preventing preventable deaths:

(dot) reuters (dot) com / article / latestCrisis / idUSN07651650

We’re in 50th place in life expectancy and have the highest infant mortality in the industrialized world.

  24. A86 Says:

“Under socialism, the patient a liability”

Is that why in the US employers take out life insurance policies on their employees and why insurance companies cut tens of thousands of people every year due to “pre-existing conditions”? (a term that doesn’t exist outside of the US). There is no such thing as a “free market”.

A single-payer has more incentive to keep patients alive because it’s an investment in the economy. Under our system it’s most profitable to charge prices but not provide care.

  25. A86 Says:

Most Americans who go abroad are seeking vital surgeries. Most foreigners who come to the US for surgery are here for plastic surgery or surgery for non-vital conditions.

    “our system is cheaper”

The US spends 17% of its GDP on healthcare (20% by 20170). Canada spends 10% of its GDP on healthcare and it only costs 1/2 per person what it costs in the US.
